i know you have to cut in order to put the jba h-pipe on, but do you have to do the same if you do the dual y pipe set up.

Are you doing yours like the Ninosport conversion kit? I don't think cutting is involved with theirs. See link below;

I went with the X pipe conversion kit from V6 Mustang Stuff.

I'm still waiting for my pipes to come in...I think there will be some cutting for mine. I'm getting mine done at a local muffler shop who does a lot of V6 conversions for Ford.
