Does anyone have this saleen suspension kit on there car?
What do you guys think?
http://www.haneymotorsport.com/2005%20Saleen%20Suspension%20Kit.htm

I want someone to reassure me that this will fit and work properly on my 4.0 mustang, as it was disigned for the GT. I emailed Saleen directly and got this back

We ourselves have never installed the suspension on 6 cyl. Cars but I don’t see any reason why it should not work.   Jorge Lopez Tech Line Specialist Saleen, Inc.

What do you guys think?

I'm looking at the same kit. I have seen so many springs, or, other mods for this matter, that specify gt, v6, or neither, which makes it really confusing when shopping for parts. This looks like a pretty good/complete kit! The only difference I can imagine for any springs would be the weight difference in the front; I don't know how much heavier a gt is than a 4.0. I wonder if the Ford part numbers for suspension parts on a v6 are the same as part numbers for the gt.

Yeah, my 05 V6 'vert made a stop at Saleen on the way to my dealer and had the entire Racecraft suspension installed; they also added the rear GT sway bar (since they don't change the rear bar with the Saleen package).

Handles great (even better with the Saleen 20's on it but they're buried in our storage...).

Here is a picture (yes, I did put on the GT front fascia it really IS a V6).

So if I get this right for my V6 vert I can use a GT vert spring kit from Saleen ?
