Hey hows everyone doin? Congrats on the long tubes thats a good part to add. And for the guys that want to get some lt's installed stay away from bbk and the bassani are crap. We jut got done with my friends bbk shorties and they were the biggest pain in the butt. They didn't fit right then, then they leaked which sucked real bad. and the leak wasout of one of the welds... And the last 2 days have been putting on my flow-tech long tubes... They fit pretty good considering the space needed for lt's. Also i had just purchased this book with has a bunch of dyno charts of 4V mustangs with lt's and shorties. They put hooker against kooks lt's and the hooker put out 2 or more hp and tq over the entire power band the hooker added 17hp over almost the entire power band. And it was an engine dyno. Flow tech headders are made by hooker and are the exact bends of hooker just not coated.

Everytime I read something about Bassani headers, it's ALWAYS about them leaking. ALWAYS. IMHO, I'd stay away from them just for that reason alone.

really? I havent heard anything bad about them. In fact, have heard more praise on them than anything other than big $$ kooks.

Yea the shop f*&^ed me over, Im battling with them now. It should have been 590 with all new gaskets and install of longtube header, x pipe and catback. I just disputed the charge with the credit card company. My car is now leaking oil since the install and tehy havent fixed it yet. BS!!!!!
