I just got an 02 V6 Mustang a week ago. The car drives perfect and everything is good. The only thing I've noticed is that I drove from back home Sunday night and when i got to my apartment I noticed that water was leaking from under the car and that it was making a hissing sound (my guess is the water dripping was hitting the hot exhaust and evaporating). I went to sleep and woke up the next morning to find the water mark on the asphalt, it was as if a small puddle had formed and evaporated. I am wondering why the car is doing i(leaking water)t. It seems to leak after I use the A/C but not when I don't. I could see it being condensation buildup because of the A/C use if it was a small amount of water, but on the trip from home to my apt. it let out a lot of water. I checked the water/coolant level and it does not seem to be losing any. Could it really have condensed enough water to make a small puddle? Note that the drive from my house to my apt. was a 3 hour drive.

Help is appreciated.Thanks.

you'd suprised how much condensation can form. It's perfectly normal, dont worry about it.
