I just went to 245/45/18 and I was at 205/65/15 and since I got the new rims i notice that around 55-65 the steering wheel starts to shimmy a little bit and does it ever so often any help please.

sounds like the wheels may not be fitting hubcentric...did the wheels come with hubcentric rings?

No I don't  belive they did i got the 18 inch 5 star Cobra rims and i got the alignment and the balancing done also I was reading about force road balancing also would that help at all and did i need the hubcentric rings at all.
