I have a Magnaflow catback with the magnpack mufflers. They just don't sound right for my 6, and I would like to get just standard magnaflow mufflers. Can I get just the mufflers for my application without having to buy the entire kit again?

Ryan

Do you know the part number for your current system?

I currently have part#15673 and I would like to get the mufflers from kit #15671. I just came across a kit on a '00 GT that looks like that kit, and I may be getting it for free, but just in case it's messed up, I want to be able to order just the 15671 mufflers. I did an install for Magnaflow last year for TruckBlog.com on an '05 Dodge 2500 Cummins through DI Performance, and that's kind of how I may be coming across this free kit.

Thanks
Ryan

With your first post I'm kind of confused. You have a V6 or V8?

I have a V6, but with my long tube and h-pipe setup, I have to run a GT cat-back. MAC long tubes have their collector in the exact same location regardless of engine size.

The mufflers used in the 15671 are going to be 14336 in a universal. They will have all the same dimensions but will probably need to be welded in place as the are offset/offset and the pipe location would have to be slightly modified for these to fit in.
