Default RE: sellin question

Most regular purchasers would stay away from any car with a CEL lit up.The only way the majority of buyers will even consider a car with a defect staring them right in the face is a low enough price.
Even the crappiest dealers would be wary of taking on a car with a known defect as it would be hard to unload on the general public. In some states I'm sure it's illegal to sell a car with known emissions related problems.

If you are trying to sell the car you might want to get some MIL eliminators or turn the light off with a tuner before you show it to anybody.

thats wat i was afraid of, im gonna sell it at the end of the yr and get either a GT or a Cobra so i dont really wanna spend 3 or 4 hundred on a tuner, not real sure how to or how hard MIL eliminators are to install.

They just plug into the wiring harness where the rear O-2 sensors plug in.Not a hard job at all.
