so i might be trading my mustang with a friend of mine for his 03 lighting i love my stang but the truck is nuts he has a smaller pulley intake tune exhust, it dynos 450 rwhp and 530 rwtq

Wow,  a lightening owner would trade with a 4.0.  I mean, the 4.0 has a lot of potential, but its still an unbalanced trade.

if u can afford the gas and insurance. go 4 it, but remember tht since it is a SVT product, repairs will cost a lot more

Thats sounds like a lopsided trade I would do it if you can afford the extra fuel and insurance.

he did mean the truck and engine right? hes not keeping that? i would make sure word for word its square cuz its probly broken or has a lot of problems. hw many miles are on his truck?

i know the truck in and out i helped him wih alot of stuff on it hes a good friend and yes hes including motor  and everything he has 31k now i think, ill have the truck for the weekend to test it out

SVT = 20,500


Thats probably a little more then your 4.0, depending on miles/options. Im suprised he wants to. Go for it, but keep in mind its  TOTALLY different animal. No manual, not a car, 2 seater. However, id def. do it!
