my seatbelt never rolls up all the way, and when i try to make it go up it still gives me a hard time so i just kinda throw it bedhind my seat when i get out. what can i do to fix this?

Put a five point harness in.

I know this isn't the answer you were looking for. I have the sam problem and the easiest fix is to replace it as far as I know.

Racing seat belts.
2 shoulder straps, 2 sides, and the bottom one in the middle that come to 1 point.

ohh, yea i think i'll just try to stick to the stock ones. i'll take it to the dealer and see what they say. thanks for the help.

I didn't realize your car was only an '03. That's pretty new to have that problem with the seat belts.

Something might be snagged. If you know what your doin I would suggest taking it apart and looking to see if something is snagged and try to fix it then lube it, but if you have a warrenty I would bring it to the dealer.
