How much RWHP can be expected from a SCT canned 93 octane tune and factory airbox with k&n dropin??

To be honest why not go with the CAI and the tune? JMO but best bang for your buck! If I had to guess maybe 10-15 hp from the crank. I can't imagine even that big of an hp jump and you are paying more for gas!

I was thinking of Steeda?? I already ordered the SCT flash tuner, The company says the tuner will give me 17-20 RWHP and 30-32 foot pounds all at the wheels, The cold air by steeda will add another 10-15 more ponys

Please order from Brenspeed, B A M A, or Evo, rather than Steeda. You'll get a better running, stronger, more aggressive tune with great cust svce.

You will not see numbers like that at all.....its a good marketing ploy but it just doesnt happen. They are claiming 27-35 HP from their intake and tune combo and you only get 25-30 with the combo from the email tuners mentioned above. Many members have reported the difference after switching from the steed tune to a brenspeed or b ama tune.

I loaded the SCT 93 tune on Sunday, Yes definate power diff. but most of all there was no THROTTLE LAG!!, I have a K&n DROP IN RIGHT NOW, Should I use the K&n setting on the tuner or factory airbox till I figure out what I am doing about a CAI?
