ORIGINAL: jovez itll get the car to an est. 280-300 hp to the wheels. Keep in mind you still have to do all the supporting mods and buy the blower, plenum, injectors, fuel pump, etc.. its only for the adapter to use them. ...also a hood to fit the roots. Tru, but i saw tomzac @ 3.8must that added a hood scoop and just cut off the hood underneath it, all you see is the pulley from the sc under the scoop. Here u go: http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2452794/1" lilroush actually said that probably wont work. this setup will sit higher than tomzacs because its made to fit without modifying the fuel rails. tomzac had to bend his a little.

ORIGINAL: LilRoush The way Tom did his was lower than mine due to a modified fuel rail. My kit is taller to clear the stock part....it's easier to install that way. I figured 98% of the people wouldn't want to mess with stretching that rail. A 2 1/2" cowl hood will cover it. The slanted side box is one I worked with on BMF. They take longer to make, but we are working on it. The kit I did was simple, easy to install and fairly basic so anyone with some wrenches could install it. they figured out a mach hood would clear it right? so i could take the tray off of the bottom of the shaker and just bolt the scoop and seal onto the top of the m112 and it would fit? edit: oh yea and does that idler pulley setup come w/ the adapter? and does anythign else come w/ it. im tryin to part together the crap i need

ORIGINAL: LilRoush It's a hell of a lot more that a sheet metal intake, let me tell you. it took a couple years of testing to get the right combination of aluminum types to both take the tq and still have enought flex to not shatter the whole thing when you open up the blower. The Mach 1 hood does clear it, but I'm not sure how the scoop would mount to the top of the compressor housing. As for copying it, just make sure you don't violate the patent on it. ;) at least the hood will clear. thats good to know. im sure i oculd get the scoop to work. its just the seal that im worried about. dont want all the open space around the hood. oh well, ill figure somethin out. about the idler? is it comming with the adapter too?
