Basically ford just replaced the motors....if im not mistaken. I own a 99 cobra and let me tell you that the power is there but sometimes it does feel a bit slower than what it should be. Just giving ya a heads up. Not even remotely close. Are you sure you own a Cobra?[8|] "The fix" included a ECU reflash, a ported intake and a new catback. Most dynoed around 250ish before and 270+ after. A "fixed" Cobra can be identified by a green or blue dot on the intake right behind the alternator. I got mine used with 49k on it and it dynoed 272/304, bone ass stock. As far as Cobra vs Mach, both are awesome cars, but I got a Cobra for the IRS and it feels much better to own one[:D]. quote:
