got a new old car... suggestions

My girlfriend bought a 2000 GT 5spd, for $5,000. She got it from an older man that didnt know much about it. The guy before him did the mods he said. But open to any suggestions, comments would be nice. But we are thinking of putting on a Mach 1 lip, and other stuff as well just not to sure just yet???
The mods include:
short throw shifter(brand not yet known)
gears(looking for the formula to find out exactly what the ratio is)
k&n intake
bbk headers
flowmaster mufflers
lowered
roh snyper rims
trick flowplenum
drilled front rotors
also the clutch is pretty stiff
Thats what I can tell right now. The guy did not really know too much about it. He forgot of what the guy had told him. But sorry for the poor discription. Also the guy said he thinks that the guy had said that he put truck heads on it??? never heard of that but? any info on this would be much appreaciated.One more thing, we barely got it this afternoon. So I shall try my best to investigate the goodies it has. Here are the pics.

on the gears, jack the car up and turn the wheels. if the drive shaft turns a little more than 3.5 times it is 3.73's. if a little more than 4 times 4.10's.

We got the car with 116K miles. But I do hint on forced induction every now and then.

But other than that, she wants to get smoked head lights and smoked taillights. But shes the one with themoney.

I can only try lead her in the right direction.

The intake looks like an MAC or something of that sort. I don't know about the heads though...? Get it to a track or a dyno and see what numbers you come up with.

Her and I were wanting to go to the track this summer. It would be both of our first times at the track, so lets see how well we both do. As far as the dyno goes, I want to do that soon as well. So lets see...
