I've got a Black 98 sixxer, and for my cheap summer project, I'm gonna paint the calipers.  I was thinkign about black, but then it wouldn't really be noticeable.  I'm possibly thinking of white or red calipers, with some black pony decals.  How do you guys think this will look?  Would red or white calipers look like crap, or would it be good looking if done right?  I'm also curious, where can I get caliper decals from, I can't find them anywhere.

I just flipped through the active thread for painting the calipers, and it said that you can remove the mounting brackets and paint them for an even better look.  Does anyone have any pictures or details on removing the mounting brackets?

thanks.  I'm gonna paint the calipers and themounting brackets.  hopefully when I sell it, maybe some kid will come along, and see the painted calipers and think they're something special.  Maybe that and a K&N and some tint will make some kid want to buy my car.  Maybe I'll even sell it for what I bought it for...
