Default What first?

I just got a 91 GT hatchback with a 5 speed and was wondering what I should do to it first? So far its stock as far as I know besides the flowmasters and the K&N air filter?

Your first mod should be a twin turbo setup.

Just joking. Gears are the way to go. Personally, I'd go 3.73s. Heh, I DID go 3.73s.

If you aren't worried about gas mileage like me go with the 3.73's.

Is the short throw shifter worth it and should it be one of the first things I buy?

Gear install expect $500-600 all inclusive.

I'd like to learn how to do gears though.
