hey, i'm considering fabricating custom kickpanels to house a speaker component set for different mustange years and models. these would be similar to q logic q forms but made of sturdy fiberglass, have a sealed back and have the holes precut to accommodate your speaker set. they will have a deeper mounting depth than the factory door speaker mounting location allows. also they will offer much better imaging and bass response. custom kicks made by a shop usually sell for $250-$500 and i plan on selling these for $200 per pair. right now i am testing the interest level to see if building them would be worth it.
