I'm waiting for my front and rear GT sway bars (vert) to come in from Diversivied Marketing. My parts guy wants to know if they are complete, and do I only need the bolts. Has anyone on here installed the GT bars from Diversified, and did you only need bolts, or are there other parts needed. Thanks in advance for the help

Mine were complete less the mounting bolts. I also added a set of Roush rear springs to even up the stance.

Ok, I am a little confused. From reading all the sway bar posts, and reading how much better the car will handle, I too have been thinking of adding the rear sway bar, it would be a GT take off. There is already a sway bar on the front of my v6, can I just add the rear GT bar or do I have to replace the front one with a GT bar too???
GrayPony-- you had to add Roush to "even up the stance" ?? Not following what you meant?To level out the car from front to back or from side to side or something else?

You can add just the GT rear swabar.
I added the Roush rear springs to drop the rear and get ridof the factory 4x4 look

Here's my experience:
Added the GT rear sway bar - made a significant difference
Swapped-in the GT front sway bar - transformed the handling
Swapped-in a 22mm rear bar - made a significant difference
Swapped-in the Steeda Sport springs (~1-in drop) - transformed the handling performance, sensation, and appearance
Ordered a 26mm rear bar - may be too much, but then I can go to a solid front bar to "even it up"

Sorry to pester you all again, but want to make sure of all this. TheGT take off bars will fit? Even with the dual exhaust? Are there any mods that need to be done at all? Is it bettter to go ahead and do both the front & rear at the same time? (found gt take off's but they come in a set of front & rear) This will be going in to a shop to have it done and the guy said to make sure I have everything I needed and make sure i buy the right things. THANKS!!!

I recommend getting the front and rear bars together. Best overall improvement. The rear only would work OK, but the pair transforms the car.

Most of the parts numbers on these pages are outdated, I think, but your Ford parts guy should be able to get you the right stuff in just a few minutes:

You'll need Numbers 1, 2, 3, and 6 on page two. Everything else should be in the "kit". It's possible to do it with hardware store parts, but genuine is safer.

Edit: No problem with a properly installed dual exhaust: both should be symmetrical.
