Look at the country its in. LOL The states couldnt afford to put robots on the streets... much less africa.

BTW if there was a robot built that could use visuals to decide what was wrong, and who was worth shooting at, and then acutally shoot someone, there wouldn't be any troops in Iraq.
Trust me, the U.S. Military will have first dibs on anything like this, not 3rd world nations.
I guess i could see it though, since sony got a robot to walk like 25 feet upstairs in about 2 hours :)

awesome computer animation, and i second that on the us military- they would have that way before anyone else would and they sure as hell wouldn't waste it protecting people in some thirld world ghetto

No its real...the company that i work for helps build the processors that go in the back of their head...
...Very easy to disable them, just break into the mainframe and disconnect the converter board to the transistors in the motherboard...which results in the hyper-threading turning off...WALA!!
