i think it may be an issue of money and working out all the bugs .My bubby works in robotics and hes been talking about this **** for years.I showed him this video and he saids it posible the hard part is A.I. or artifical intellegence.Its not perfect yet, but in 10 to 20 years yes.actual movements running all that are possible even now.its just getting the damm thing smart enough to know who to shoot and who not to shoot.He was telling me that we have made some real progress with A.I scary things are possible now and in the near future.

I am an electrical engineer for a robotics company based out of Utah, and I can tell you that we are a LONG ways from this technology. The A.I. displayed by this robot is simply fantasy, I predict at least another 10 years before something like this is even considered by the Government...for safety reasons. There are robots being released in different forms (SUV, Quad, Bobcat, and many other platforms) but not in a human like form. We have many at our website...check us out. Autonomous Solutions Inc.

I want one of those. That would be cool. Hey metal dude cut the grass, do the laundry, wash and detail the stang, wash and detail the mercedes, wash the dogs, spend quality time with the wife, weed eat the lawn, etc. etc.

why for some reason i cant play the video..i have windows media, and im tryin to play it in mozilla fox fire...this has never happened b4 i got it installed..and IE sucks, so im not gonna try to use that
any suggestions?
it just says opening media..then ready, then i press play, and it goes openign media again
