i really hate cops there was no need to use a taser. He was obviously drunk as hell and the cop could have easily taken hin down with out it. God i hate pigs[:@]

Did you not see them wrestle around for a minute...and he couldn't get him down. Then the guy was going back to his vehicle to run. Possibly killing an innocent person. It was very justified.

Are you fu*king nuts? There would have been no confrontation at all if the drunk had not been drunk driving in the first place. Then he had the nerve to tell the cop he wasnt doing the test... THEN wrestled with the cop in the process of arrest. The cop had every right to use a taser on the guy. Hell, he's lucky I wasnt there. I would have beat his @$$ with a night stick!
