Default Lifter down HELP!!

Hey all this is actually a post for my friend who bought a 240sx and hes about to put in a 302sbf//c6 auto. His question is the that was sold to him has a lifter down and he wants to know while he's getting it fixed if he should rebuild it also. It has 103k on the motor and a blower was run on it previously. Should he do anything else before he swaps this motor into his car?

Default RE: Lifter down HELP!!
