NAh but serisouly wtf i dont beleive this ****.... he died too... u guyz sure its not rumors?? and WTF YES I WOULD FKing FIGHT him i dotn give a **** about his skate board when someone is as fuking stupid and ****d up as that kid was...i turn on my "pshycpath mode" on and then i think hes the one we should be feeling srry for... the only thing i think that kept the guyz from jumping him is maybe a group of 20 other skateboarder freinds right behind the camera??

kinda like when people say you go to prison you find the biggest guy there and beat the sh!t out of him. So everyone knows your tough and won't mess with you. In this case, dude had a skateboard, but that guy wasn't big at all. Once he hit old dude over and over again in the head, everyone could see he was crazy enough and didn't care, i wouldn't risk my life. He was just trying to do the right thing and dispose to the dude without violence. Sad thing, if he raises the board and you hit him, you could probably go to jail for assault or some bullsh!t. If he had got in close to him the board would have been a much less effective weapon, then it would be fair. As for me, i just ordered a tazer a few days ago. I don't have that kind of mentalitly to punch someone in the face unless theres no way around it. So in this case i wouldn't have hesitated to taze his a$$ when he raise the board, thats whats great about nonleathal tazers. SIZZLE SIZZLE.
I saw that about 6 months ago. Juggy did too and said that it was in Texas. The guy died 20 minutes after from head trauma. The skater was aressted and booked on involuntary man slaughter.
Whoa, are you sure about that man? I mean, he did get up and walk. Granted he'd have a hell of a headache but I'm not sure if that's enough to kill a man.
I dont think that guy would have died. Seen that video tons of times and everytime i watch it i get shivers down my spine. Thats gotta hurt big time. And what pisses me off is that no one came to help all you hear is laughs. What is wrong with the world today so sad. That skater is a waste of fresh air.
I might feel sorry for him if he didn't try grabbing the skater by the neck. If you can't/won't fight back, just call the cops. "If you can't stand the heat get out of the kitchen"

for my .02 I used to do security Ive been threatend by guys that could have killed me with their bare hands, and punk skater kids to high and drunk to think straight. Ill tell you I am more afraid of the kids. I had to tell some guy I had his car towed, heres the number of the company, and you should have read the sign at the entrance to the lot, or listend when I said no parking. I'll tell that guy gets pissd he gets to yelling and threatening me but never goes in to a truly agressive stance, or when he does you return the stance keep you voice flat and calm but show him with your eyes that you will go to it. I found you tell them, with your eyes and body language, and keep you voice flat they walk away. But you tell a group of skaters they cant use your curb or benches to grind and they are cool about it, or make the usual rent a cop/bacon comments, or they start theatening you and these kids are dumb they really don't get the nuance of a look, that scares me.
Oh and by the way the guy who got beat down should have never gotten involved if he didn't have the conviction to finish it. I mean I respect that he alone stood up to that little **** but once he touched that kid he was a fair target IMHO and a hard kick to the kids knee cap would have been far more effective than breaking his nose, remember the kids a skater he kind of needs knees for that...

i personally wouldnt have dealt with his ****, i would stabbed him and walked up to the camera man and showed them the blood on my knife and go on about the reason he got stabbed and when i see the video in court before i get sentenced i would laugh until tears rolled down my cheeks in joy.
