If it was all together and had matching numbers and you did a frame off using OEM or NOS parts, it woudl be worth 15K. It's not a convertible or a 289 Hi-Po, or a fastabck. If it was a K-code or convertible or fastback, then sure! It's not even an original color! Classic cars if they are numbers matching should have the correct paint as well. It's not a 15K car. take the 99 Cobra and run.
