Default my 89 convertable

hi,
the top won't go down or up. i can hear a click at the motor when i hit the switch but nothing happens. the guy at the parts store thinks it might be just my top relay, which would be a pretty good fix it, cause the thing only costs about 12 bucks and just snaps in. the bad news is, i can't find the damn thing. does anyone here know where the top relay on an 89 LX is located?

Thats a new one on me. Has it worked before and gradually got worse at opening and closing, or just quit working all of the sudden?

Try looking where the motor moves the top and try and figure out what needs to be replaced but try not to break anything or make it worse

I have spend about 30 mins looking for something online and struck out everywhere. The only positive thing I found is that according to the link below there are two of them. I would get back in the trunk and get to the motor, then I would follow and electrical lines backwards until you go to it.

Edit to post link I forgot about
