18x9 rubbing on a 1999 GT front? - 5/20/2007 12:12:03 AM    aCiD Posts: 140 Joined: 4/14/2007 Status: offline My buddy says his 18x8s rub on the front of his 2000 V6 (at full lock), and said if I got 18x9s on the front of my 1999 GT it would rub like hell (when at full lock left or right). Is this true, and if so how bad? And my buddy with a 2000 V6 and Magnaflows which are pretty loud, CANNOT hear his exhaust over mine when he drives around with me. You'll always down shift early, cause the sound is amazing. Since the design of the SVTs doesn`t allow for a dish, but it does on the Shelby design?
