I'm about to purchse some stuff for my car to make it handle better.  I was looking at http://stangsuspension.com/store/comersus_viewitem.asp?idproduct=842 and http://stangsuspension.com/store/comersus_viewitem.asp?idproduct=968   I really don't care about ride quality, I'm the only one who rides in my car usually.  I don't autox or anything, I just love takin them exits fast   But really, I'm looking for excellent handling.  Is this setup good?  Would I need anything else to go with it?  Thanks

I would go with the H&R Race Springs ...  http://www.stangsuspension.com/store/comersus_viewitem.asp?idproduct=170

They will still provide a high level of performance, but is a better street spring.  Not too high of a spring rate....

also thinking about new springs and struts. bilstein struts cause i've heard they're good and come with a lifetime warrantee and eiback 1 - 1.5 inch lowering springs.

can you suggest to me something better but not too expensive for my 95 gt?

It is not always that expensive. Take a look at our StangSuspension Stage 1 & 2 packages.

http://www.stangsuspension.com/store/comersus_viewitem.asp?idproduct=408

and

http://www.stangsuspension.com/store/comersus_viewitem.asp?idproduct=517

Those kits come with some of the most popular upgrades for 94-04 Mustang Suspension....
