board so heres a couple, long read for those board at work
race one, about a week ago
im going to get on the turnpike and my buddy just baught a 87 monte carlo SS with a 350, we pull on at about 40ish, i honk 3 times, well seeing as how i have 3.73s and didnt correct the speedo, the car didnt kick down to second cause it thought i was above 65 mph, so i was in 3rd from about 45 to 125ish, i got a 1 car jump at launch and held it until i had to shift into OD at 125ish again when he caught up to me, we would of been dead even if he got off better
second, gang banged a suburu impreza with my buddy in the mach 1, i dont think it was a turbo, but going down a 2 lane road my buddy and i caught a light, weve gone before so were taking off but not really going, a subie comes flying up and passes us in the break down lane[8D]right as he does we just look and go, were pullin on the guy hard and he flips his 4 ways on so we let off[&:]
went up to hampton beach the other day in NH, my buddy with a 93 4 banger was neck and neck with me, he was WOT and i was just playing with the cruise control[8D]same trip there was a viper, i dont think i need to tell yall that outcome
