That is a perfect backdrop, but you need to get some lightning in there to make it a great pic. cant see the cars.

cominus -> RE: a little nighttime photoshoot (5/15/2007 5:21:02 PM)

I cant see SHYT! [8D]

NYstang -> RE: a little nighttime photoshoot (5/15/2007 5:26:10 PM)

yea, i wish we coulda gotten out of work earlier. at 8 it woulda been perfect the way the sun sets over the park and the lake- which i almost drove into!

jovez -> RE: a little nighttime photoshoot (5/15/2007 5:37:00 PM)

if its still there again tonight(the carnival) just take a large spotlight point it away from the cars but the beams still get the car in the pic. and take em over.

I use something similar to this for night shots.

yea that works good another cool thing is to light up behind the car down low, pretty much on the ground and take the pic

NYstang -> RE: a little nighttime photoshoot (5/15/2007 9:28:01 PM)

ah. Im gonna have to try that sometime. only hard thing will be figuring out what to use to light it up

v6stang07 -> RE: a little nighttime photoshoot (5/15/2007 10:19:53 PM)

my dad has this 3million candle watt cordless spotlight that works good cause no generator is needed

laserred38 -> RE: a little nighttime photoshoot (5/16/2007 1:20:27 AM)

Whitecomet25 -> RE: a little nighttime photoshoot (5/16/2007 1:22:31 AM)

Nice , it looks mean that way on the dark

laserred38 -> RE: a little nighttime photoshoot (5/16/2007 1:30:48 AM)

yea kinda like a scary smiley face or some shiz. for some reason it reminded me of Chucky [:D] haha idk why.

Jefferson -> RE: a little nighttime photoshoot (5/16/2007 9:20:52 AM)

Um...yup, they are headlights...

v6stang07 -> RE: a little nighttime photoshoot (5/16/2007 1:24:54 PM)

looks good, i liked it too but now u can actually see it

laserred38 -> RE: a little nighttime photoshoot (5/16/2007 1:40:24 PM)

here's a tip. when taking pics of the front of the car, especially at night with the flash, take the front plate off. the reflective paint ruins pictures.

NYstang -> RE: a little nighttime photoshoot (5/16/2007 3:04:16 PM)

ah. another good tip!

one thing i dont get- why do my new plates reflect, but the vintage plates dont?

v6stang07 -> RE: a little nighttime photoshoot (5/16/2007 3:14:34 PM)

just different paint, the vintage ones are supposed to look a lil vintage so its not all reflective, GA's are like that too

NYstang -> RE: a little nighttime photoshoot (5/16/2007 3:23:04 PM)

ah, gotya.

and they dont just look vintage- off ebay! printed 1966[8D]. who knew you could register Ebay plates?

laserred38 -> RE: a little nighttime photoshoot (5/16/2007 7:00:29 PM)

they aren't reflective because they didn't have reflective paint back then.....duh!
