I photoshopped my rear end [sm=nothatway.gif] (added trunk vinyl, taillight tints, and black lettering) and wanted to know what you guys thought. I'm really liking the way this looks so I'll see if I can get this going after my exhaust gets done and I get more cash flow. You guys like it? The only thing is... I found the Trunk vinyl for $35 and the Mustang letters for $8... As much as I'd love to support Autobadges as they were great with my last transaction, the taillight vinyls are $65... If these are really worth it I'll save up and get them, but are there any equally or similarly good alternatives for a slightly more reasonable price? If not I'll just save up a little longer, but if I can find a better price, that would be nice too. ;)

i personally think its pretty sick and plus if u blackout the tails it would be awesome

I kinda decided against blacking out the tails since I'm probably going to go with clear corner fronts with just the smoked, so it'll look a little more balanced. And the blackout was just too much black in the back. This struck a nice balance I thought.

I've been visiting Silvermustangs.com for some inspiration but it's hard to find a good looking silver mustang that's already got the mods I want so I can see how they look, especially the rims! I am still undecided whether the FR500's or the Bullitts (both black with silver lip) would look better on my car. Lucky for me I won't have the money for that for a while so I don't have to worry all that much.

Oh yeah, and I'd like to move my wing back too I think, just gotta get the guts to go drilling into my decklid... hopefully this weekend!

i would just do the tailight "outlines" to compliment the blackout panel on the trunklid. i had those before i switched to the Cobra tailights.

I think it was someone on here that said to look on eBay for seller krowbe, he has the trunk vinyls. Then just search eBay for mustang lettering and it comes up with one company that has them for 2 dollars plus 6 for shipping. They have a couple different colors, but not chrome or billet

Yeah, I redid it with only outlines and it does look better. It was a little too black, that's why I didn't want blackouts, and the outlines look good, so I'll probably go that route! I was looking at yours and v6stang07's car and that's what really made me want to do this, it looks so nice! I thought about the Escape emblem too, but I like my 3.8. ;)
