Hi all-

I am installing new rear seat belts in my 65 coupe. They came with reinforcement

plates, bolts and lock washers. My question is since there are no pre-drilled

holes in the floor do I just space the belts 15" apart, since the seat pattern is 15"

wide, drill the holes through the floor and that's it? Any help would be ppreciated.

Thanks,

Rich

There were none there. 65's weren't required to have rear seatbelts

Find a 66 that has rear seat belts and take your measurments from it. Install your in the same location and you should be fine. I am sure most any older stang owner would be happy to help. I have a 67 fastback so mine will be differnt than your.
