Anybody know if putting in an Auburn locker will eliminate any sensors/parts necessary for traction control to work? I'm not planning on this anytime really soon, but I've got a brand new locker unit left over from a business inventory, and I HAVE thought about it.

Not that my 'Stang is peeling rubber off in slabs yet, but a guy's got to keep an eye to the future.

What's the number one weight reduction tactic I can take? I didn't really realize the Mustang is so heavy, especially being a V6, but mine sits (I think) around 4400 pounds. I've owned what looked like bigger cars that weighed less. Of course, they didn't have the suspension control pieces this car does, but still...my baby's a HAWG!

If I seem a little ignorant on the details of my car, it's because I work from can 'til can't and when I get home all I want to do is like the Army says..."get a hot and a cot". And, oh yeah, check the forum!

'Gonna be gone this weekend (me and my sweet wife are celebrating our 13th wedding anniversary!), so my responses won't come until Monday, probably.

You guys ought to have enough pity on a guy married this long to come mod my car FOR me! Just kidding, she's a doll, and besides, I couldn't afford to pay all of you gas money...
