Looking for some like-minded mustang enthusiasts to cruise/race on the weekends without having to pay for a club, not that I have anything against clubs.
If anyone is in central/east NC and you enjoy driving your stang to it's fullest potential, sound off!
hey man, im from kinston, i guess you know where that is. there are plenty of clubs around here but are all imports, there is nobody with a mustang to go cruise with because everything is a stock v6 and they dont care that they have a mustang. i know a couple of guys with v8's though.

hey ryan. I used to drive thru Kinston all the time on my way to Greenville from Jacksonville and go see the Kinston Indians play every once in awhile. Do you ever make it up this way to Raleigh?
i dont get up to raleigh much anymore, i used to go up there to some friends in pittsboro a couple times a month, they had a zinc yellow 01 gt with a few mods to it, but we never get together anymore, i dont like driving my car through the raleigh traffic either, that is the only good thing about kinston, there are still some stupid drivers here though. i stil go to greenville and goldsboro pretty much bc there isnt anything to do here in town, so if u ever are around lemme know.

Will do Ryan. I'm thinking of trying to get some people together to head to Fayetteville's 1/4 when the weather is a bit warmer. Any car will do, just better with a group of people.
Glad to hear from another mustang owner in nc. I love it down in Wilmington in the summer time. I'll have to cruise down there when the weather heats back up.
you should try to get down to kinston on a thursday night one time, we have a pretty good strip here too, you can run 1/8 or 1/4, it only costs like $15 to get in and run unlimited all night, not too bad IMO. i havent even had time to take my car to the strip, so i dont have a clue what it would run, but a couple of my friends go out there about every week and run.

im up here in nw VA but, ill probably go to Mooresville a couple times next year. my friends at the NASCAR school there. he says theres ALOT of v8's there. Camaro's, 'Stangs, and whatnot.
