Just got my car back from the dyno and I was wondering what you guys figure with the results. It has 296.5hp at 5200rpm and 312.5ft\lbs at 4400 rpm at the rear wheels. My mods are jba long tubes with offroad h, SCT Xcal2 and C&L cai from brenspeed with his 87 octane tune.

that high even for tourque, i thought that those rpms seemed right. this was on a mustang dyno. my air\fuel ratio was between 13.2 to 13.6 the whole run. Is this to lean? The guys were really impressed with the numbers the car put down.

My bad I didnt see the 5200 for the HP. Yeah I knew it was ok for the torq but i thought the HP was at the same RPM. That is a very good number for a mustang dyno.
well, i will find out tomorrow how the car really is, takin it to the track for the first time. After seeing these numbers, I am hopin for a mid to high 13 second pass, wish me luck.

Those are good numbers on a mustang dyno. Although, you could make 8-10 more rwhp if you ran a 93 oct tune which will have more timing in thetune for 93oct gas, The timing advance is going to make the car pull much harder. As for the air/fuel ratio 12.8-13.2is ideal for best hp on a n/a car, but ifyour a/f wasmeasured at the tailpipes it's hard to say what the a/fratio is closer to the engine. If measured closer to the engine it would probably read .2-.3 richer. If you are concerned just use the adj parameters in the and add 2%-4% fuel to the wot fuel tables to be safe.

yes, the air\fuel ratio was measured at the tail pipes. The guy who did it said that it was pretty much right on to where it should be. The track we have here is pretty much impossible to hook up on, way worse then the street, thats why if I hit 13's, i will be happy. I thought about switching to the 91 octane tune, but I just filled the car up and there is no point now. Gas is too damn expensive, lol.

My peak tqe was also right around 4200 but my peak Hp was at 6000 at 302 also on a mustang dyno. Your car seems to peak at a much earlier rpm. Also my average AFR was at 12.9 you seem a little lean.
