What 3 song best fit you and your classic stang? Is it the classy classic style of Bach/Mozart or the Hardcore beat of Slipknot/Mushroomhead? Why do your top three fit your Stang?

My top three
3)Little Big Town- Boondocks---I aint scared to let ppl know that Im the most backwoods redneck around (This is my Cruisin around My Home IN Mississippi song, where the dirt road still rules!)
2)Born To Be Wild-Steppenwolf---(my Stang is just born to be wild, but its getting it there thats the problem)

AND FINALLY
#1
Bodies-Drowning Pool----(My Stang has enough to Bury some fools, and put the rice back in the bag)*

*as soon as i get my custom 8.8 with a better axel, and a new carbon fiber driveshaft.....hopefully in a few months

Thanks

Let's see, this is a hard one for me to answer since there's so many. But if I had to choose my top 3 I'd say:
1) Hillbilly Deluxe- Brooks and Dunn- because that's pretty much how it is with me and my friends, we go shooting, drive big trucks and hit on the country girls.
2) What was I thinkin'-Dierks Bentley- because I find myself questioning my decisions, and my mustang helps we think more clearly.
3)Ridin'-Chamillionaire- beacause I'm ridin' dirty.

White Zombie-Supercharger heaven
SoundGarden- Bad Motor Finger-Any sound on that cd
Metallica-Ride the lightning.

I don't actually listen to alot of music in the car, the flowmasters and headers are all i really need.

Hmm, two songs that quickly jump to mind:

'Highway 101' by Social Distortion
quote:

Take a drive baby up the coast, yea highway 101
I’ll pass Ventura and Santa Barbara too, just as fast as my motor runs
Gotta pocket full of memories, some happy and some are sad
Gotta girl standin’ by my side through the good times and the bad

And the obligatory and aptly titled 'I'm In Love With My Car' by Mike Ness of Social Distortion
quote:

Got a V-8 motor
Listen to her purr
And when I put my pedal down
My whole world's a blur
Cruisin' down the highway
My lead sled mean and low
The police behind me

1. Roadhouse Blues- The Doors

And i got myself a beer.
Well, i woke up this morning
And i got myself a beer.

The future's uncertain
And the end is always near.

Let it roll, baby, roll.
Let it roll, baby, roll.
Let it roll, baby, roll.
Let it roll, all night long

#2.  Riding with Private Malone: David Ball ______ because I imagine my car having a rich history and an awesome story behind it, which it makes it all the better to restore

Mozart - no 40, Wagner - Ride of the Valkeries and Bach - Brandenberg, all 6. I outgrew  acid rock, and returned to my roots.

With all the early Metallica votes, I can't believe nobody has suggested "Motorbreath"!

Since I was in college and the Army during the 60's I was quite aware of the music scene back then, and I think it is blasphemy to play 2007 rap crap in our classic mustangs.  Here's my list.
Stranger on the Shore - Acker Bilk
Duke of Earl - Gene Chandler
The LocoMotion - Little Eva
He's So Fine - The Chiffons
Please Mr. Postman - TheMarvelettes
The Lion Speeps Tonight - The Tokens
Peppermint Twist - Joy Dee and the Starliters
Let's Twist Again - Chubby Checker
Soldier Boy - The Shirelles
Sheila - Tommy Rebel
Hey Paula - Paula and Paula
Moon River - Danny Williams

ohhh man...this is TOUGH.  they change all the time for me.

lets see, right now its got to be

1)  Boston-Smokin'...this probably has a little bit to do with brad delp passing a couple of months ago but it seems like it really fits my car.

2)  Journey-Seperate Ways...possibly one of the greatest songs from one of the greatest bands off all time, its a classic, just like my car.  plus the lyrics paint a really good image of what is going on in my life right now.

3)  The Cars-Just What I Needed...another great song, great to just rock out to.

there are sooooo many more but right now those are the top 3

Nice. I like the Tool referance.

I still stick to the classics, Stinkfist or Sober.

You can't argue with Vicarious though...

Haha I love it...I'm gonna have to say some KISS and Led Zepplin will do, or Thin Lizzy and some Deep Purple.....or at least that's what the mustang likes.
