Default drilling out screw

i broke the head off of the iac valve screw. so its stuck in the throttle body... i tried to drill it out, but i cant get the bit to grip it, i keep slippin off... it sticking out but very little, i tried with needle nose's but no luck... anybody have any ideas?

center punch ... give it a nice tap, that should keep the bit square on the stud. are you gonna heli coil it after wards or tap it

Grind the exposed screw off flat and center punch it.Then use the smallest drill you have to drill a pilot hole completely through the screw.Keep going up a size until the screw goes away.When you get the screw remains mostly out you can try to run a tap into the hole to clean out the rest of the threads.

drill it half the size and try an eazy out they work pritty well
