dont worry about it i beat my friends mazda 3 in my old saturn sc2 . It was only by like half a car at around 110 but my saturn also only had like 130 hp lol

if you're that worried don't race him, i think it would be even worse if his could really beat your's and when he challenged you, you'd puss out because he would probably beat you. don't even race if you're scared that he will go around saying he beat you, man up.

Is it the Mazda 3 with the 2.3, or the 2.0? The 2.3 will more than likely beat you if he can drive, they can run 15.3-15.5 stock, I've seen it done, but if its the 2.0, than you should get the win.
