In the fuse box on a 89 stang is it a fuse or a relay that controls the wipers and where can i buy one.

Relay....and you can get em practically anywhere.. Pep boys, advanced auto, parts plus...etc

nope tried advance auto they didnt have one nor could they get one. How much do they cost?

the actuall relay is expensive, $30 or so. your talking the small one that looks like a siver fuse/ circuit breaker right.

go to the junkyard and get one from any fox or tbird, trucks are probally the same.
