Sold my 03 Cobra today.

Sadly, I sold my baby today, but I replaced it with a 03 Z06 Corvette with 14k miles. I am going to put a cam in it and have the heads done and if that is not enough I will supercharge it. I appreciate everyone who helped me fix up my Cobra on this forum.

Hey man, that's too bad, but my dad had the Z06 and loved it, and it has that pushrod sound that is so beautiful.

Well it sucks you sold the cobra but a z06 is an extremely nice replacement. Im sure with heads and a cam and ofcourse the normal bolt ons,you'll be just as fast if not faster than your 500hp cobra.

I am having heads, cam, exhaust, headers, intake and tune done in 2- weeks. It should be 450-500 rwhp and it only weighs 3100 pounds so it will be a beast.

thats it for all that? i thought those years were rated at like 405 or so, so basically you'll only pick up say 60-70 rwhp?
