2 turbos...and the rest would be custom work mostly....for the engine i would go with all forged internals, cut no corners on build the engine. Im not really clear on what your question is here

I'm in the process of doing a custom twin-turbo on my 351W

internals depends on boost.

I'm running forged pistons, stock rods, stock crank
ARP bolts and studs thru-out.
but only going to push 8-10 psi and hope to be ok.

Default RE: Twin Turbo a 351 windsor?

you bet here's the basic lay out.

twin 60-1 stage 3 Garrett T3/T4 turbos with .48 AR
BBK 1 5/8 shorty headers flip for turbo headers ( might use Anderson 1 3/4 shorties but they cost 3 times as much )
my tuner ( Fastlane ) who has lots of turbo experience and a in-house kit for the '06's says the 1 5/8's
will work fine, so probably stick with those.
custom piping and down tubes using Jegs universal 2.5" exhaust kit.
Treadstone twin turbo intercooler.
Twin tial 38mm waste gates
Tial 50mm BOV
Intercooler piping kit from ebay

Total part cost is right at $3,500

I'll be sure to post a build thread when we get started in
a week or so. Picked up the turbos this morning and everything
else is on order.

I also already got rid of the smog pump and p/s pump and
installed a Flaming River manual rack. will be keeping a/c.

sounds good^

im probably going to have to wait a year or 2 before i start mine.

this year....getting the 351swap done, suspension, drivetrain, wheels & tires, redoing the interior. i'll get in about 4 racing days before the season ends.

over winter i save and all or most of next year i save to get h/c/i done. so iunno when i'll have the money for the twins
