pushing 39 and loving it, I just wish I started with the fox body I loved in the mid 80's, but I am enjoying both the 66 and 07 stangs now....

as you can tell, this poll will tell you nothing other than the widely known fact that most users of an online automotive forum are between 16 and 30.

i'm 19 by the way

18 when I got and I'm still 18. She's my road queen, who sits outside while my off-road beastie sits in my garage!  Go figure!

35 here.  I could have bought a more expensive/faster car , (I actually considered a Z first) but my pony gallops fine enough for me.  Nice performance for it's price, V-6 in this car is impressive to say the least, easily modified by any that want to mod them.  I drove the GT model first....to compare it to the Z......seemed over-priced.....and how fast does a guy on the street really need to go?  I got the styling I wanted, and the option to mod......with low insurance rates to boot.   Car turns heads....... and like I said.....gallops down the highway fast enough for me.......

or so I thought........see planned mods.

What inspired me to love Mustangs was my teacher in 1st grade. She bought a brand new 1966 red Mustang convertible. That was it.....even though I was only 6 years old, I wanted a Mustang real bad!
In high school my mother owned a 1978 Mustang V8. Ugly car but boy was it fast! Then I bought my first Mustang.....a 1982 GT Black on Black with T-Tops. It was the first introduction to the 5.0.....boy, do I miss that car sometimes!

My first car was a 67 chevy impala that my dad bought new and was handed down to me .I started driving it in the late 1970s and finally sold it in 1994.WHEW !! A LOT OF MEMORIES

You and my brother would have a lot to talk about.  He was born in 1967 and he's partial to bowties too though he really likes the new muscle cars coming around again.  ANYWAY, when he turned 16 he bought a plum 67 Impala that was his baby for close to 3 decades before he had to sell it.  I think he misses it and thinks about it every day though

21, I got it about 3 months ago. First Stang; but my dad, my grandpa, and uncles have all had an ish load of mustangs, all different eras. So it was only destiny for me to fall into the same type of cars. Oh yea, my 23 year old girlfriend owns a 2000 black v6. So i'm very proud to have two mustangs sitting in my drive way.
