I think if you painted your spoiler black to match your stripes, wheels, and decklid, it would look really nice. Thats my recommendation.

I've been thinking about removing my spoiler. Are there plugs that someone makes that you can fill the holes with?

I don't know. I'm thinking about getting a 04 cobra spoiler and a gt bumper. I saw it on a gt and it looked great. I was a little shocked about it actually, because I don't like the cobra spoiler on the cobra. I think it's the cobra rear bumper that throws off the look.

Another way to go is with a cobra rear bumper and no spoiler. I think that looks sweet too.

yes, but it will still look weird. You basically have to get it filled and painted.

That's what I was thinking. That sucks. It would probably rust if I put just plugs in.

I like the 03-04 spoiler the best. The 99-02 and Roush spoilers look a little funny to me the way they are connected to the trunk. I like how the others are off of it and hang out a little.

i personally like the 94-98 styled wing, not necessarily that one but a nice wing with the two pillars holding it, nothing outragous, but nice and clean. as for your year, i have a neighbor with your body style with a body kit on it and some other things, he moved his wing back and it complitments the car very well.  just my .02

the deck will be fine BUT if you ever want to get a differnt spoiler i wouldtn do it. mine has like 10-12 holes in it now that i moved mine back so if i ever want to get a differnet spoiler that doesnt cover all the holes i will have a lot of filling to do....

I will one day get the balls to move mine back... I just can't trust myself with a powertool on my baby! I may have my dad do it for me, haha, but maybe if you do it, you'll lead the way for me!

Just get a drill and poke! dont be afraid of your car. Measure twice and drill once!

Doh I thought there were three holes on each side so it's like... drill three times screw measuring...

And anyways, I think I may be cutting out holes in my bumper for my exhaust tips so maybe while I've got the drill out I can go ahead and poke away at my decklid.
