03 Solid Rear axle for 03/04 Cobra IRS

I have a 2003 GT with a solid rear (the car is currently stock) with 35000 miles. I would like to trade this for a cobra IRS with similar mileage. I live in San Diego and would like to do this locally. I would also like to do the swap myself, I have read up on the procedure and it doesn't seem too difficult - anyone interested in sharing the task?
