Default bone stock rrhp

the ford dealer tried to tell me that 04-03 cobras got 390rwhp, i was thinkin that was crank hp since it wasnt as quick as i thought it was goin to be.... plus im sure they like to say bigger numbers anyways

The rating is 390 flywheel horsepower, it was severly underrated by Ford. The 03-04 cobras are realistically putting down around 370+ rwhp. Did you test drive one? I think they are pretty fuKn' quick for being a production car you can get for 30k.

yeah, gf's dad got one... it was quick... but it didnt feel like like 400+ hp..... whats faster a stock zo6 or a stock cobra, both 03's

03 ZO6 would get it stock for stock. READ: Extremely light compared to the snake.


ZO6 Corvette: 405 flywheel horsepower Over $40K

03 Cobra: 370+ RWHP $24k to $33k

Cobra + $5000 bolt-on Turbo kit (Induction Concepts or HP Performance) and solid axle conversion = Over 900 rwhp (if you want that much)


Cobra>ZO6

Just the way I think about things, some prefer the ZO6 styling and handling over going extremely fast...................

ya handling is great, both have an independent rear which is about time for the mustang, or at least those cobras
