Default S/C maintenance

Is there any maintenance on the saleen supercharger?? oil to be changed, how many miles if so, how much oil, and what kind of oil? any tips or tricks?
Sorry about the newbee question but would like to keep my car well maintained....thanks everyone....

You will need to periodicly check the oil in the blower. On the top left front side of your blower is a 1/2' screw cap. If you unscrew this, attatched to it is a little dipstick, With the dipstick you can check the oil level. Check it every 5k miles. Even if you put 20k miles on your car, I doubt you will have to add oil to the blower. That's the only service you will ever perform on the blower.

hmmm...So i dont have to change the oil at all? The oil in the supercharge has its own oil, right? Thanks for the info guys.

I suppose it depends on the blower. Im not sure about the Saleens but I doubt anyone here knows more about them than Birdie
