Default FWD rims

I know that this may be a stupid question butwould a 20 inch FWD rim be ok if i put it on my 05 RWDMustang or would i have to get a set of rims that are RWD or AWD? I'm just confused because the guy on ebay said that it would be fine on my car.

Those should fit fine. The reason they're considered FWD rims is because they have a high offset, probably somewhere in the 40s. RWD cars usually have a rim offset in the 20s. However, Ford decided to put a FWD-style offset in the 40s on their '05+ Mustangs (I have no idea why though) so those rims should not be a problem at all.

oh ok...thank you!

I have another question tho. I've been looking for websites that'll let me see how certain rims look on my car. Do you guys know of any other than Tire Rack?

I don't want those rims i was just making an example with those because they're fwd but that question's been answered already.

Now backto my other question:
