Default question about 68 mustang drum brakes
i need help desperately,

i bought new wheels for my 68 mustang and they don't fit my car cause me, me being a moron, didn't take off the hubcaps to see how many lugs my car was. (i assumed it was 5). anyways, i need to know if a 5 lug drum will interchange with my 4 lug? and if so, i need to know if the rear spindle is attached to the drum?
