Default Sentipede - trac-loc feedback

Sentipede, finally got the time to put the 3:25 trac-loc in my 66. The gears and tranny mod's work great
together. The 289 is lacking the torque to really put the combination to the test, but very satisfied at this stage. Since the eng is running good,I'd rather work on body/paint instead of spending the money on a stroker motor. The trac-loc really helps to hook up. The 4.5 leafs keep the tires planted, with no wheel hop. I don't have a tach, but I'm pretty confident I'm taching at close to 28-2900 at 65 mph. These are very nice driving gears with plenty of gittyup, but a 3:55-3:80 gear would really get the job done, but wouldn't make it a logical highway setup. Thanks for your patience, and hope this helps down the road.
BTW, a 331 or 347 would be perfect for this combo [8D]

heres a link to the place I work at for when you are ready. By the way it sounds like you are a long way closer than I am. Good work keep it up
