I FUGGIN HATE RICE!!!!!

Ok, so I'm at Great Lakes Dragway staging to run when the Honda Civic with big slicks breaks something in front of me, the whole crowd in the stands breaks out laughing at the guy. I kinda felt sorry for him as it turns out the guy was a ricer tool and his loud mought boyfriend in the passenger seat was an even bigger tool.

I'm on my way home from GLD and I catch up to a Mini Cooper doing 40 in a 55 going south, I'm thinking what the hell? I see the red civic in front of him and he's causing the slow down, driving like an old man in no rush to go anywhere. So I wait for a passing lane and pass them, not a ricer fly by, I wasn't trying to race anybody and I figured the Honda was still broken so driving slo, I didn't motion to him, look at him or anything, just passed him like anybody would.

They drop it a gear and fly up my rear and do a fly by on me, now I'm thinking why the fudge were these dicks doing 40 if thier car isn't messed up?? I stay behind them as they're doing 60 which is fine by me, we catch up to some other people doing 15 UNDER the limit (what the frig, doesn't anybody go the limit??) and the Honda guy stays behind them, so we get a passing lane and I leave it in 4th and begin to pass, the Honda drops gears and the bumble bees come flying out the fart can as he tries to prevent me from passing, so I back off, I don't want an accident, I just want to get home before next Tuesday. So I leave it in 4th not pushing it at all and the ricer tool shoves his Civic straight up my rear end and stays there until we get to a 2 lane stop light, he pulls up slowly next to me and I ask him what the hell is wrong with him, doing 40 in a 55 and driving like a dick, the light turns green and the passenger screams out "you're going to lose" with a sh*t eating grin and they floor it getting an easy 2 car jump on me, I nail first, smoke by them in 2nd and proceed to put about 3 full bus lengths on that pile of absolute sh*t and then settle back to 60 mph.

They stay a good 5 cars back and I'm thinking now they must have figured out that their car just ain't as fast as mine, so I'm thinking maybe they have some brains after all. I was wrong, I turn right into a gas station to fill up and they fly by screaming you juiced us, we would have won if you didn't juice us. I told him to come on back and next time bring a real fuggin car with them, out come the bumble bees again as they take off.

Hell stock I would have kicked that pile of craps arse. Judging by how bad I beat him he had to be a 14 second car at best.

Its just two idiots in a civic. Seems like a lot of those on my side of town, but their not all like that.

Why oh why do so many people turn rice. Nice kill, you should wait until he is at the track next time and race him legally and show him what an 11 second car looks like.

He was at the track, he broke it and spent the rest of the night fixing it. I wish I had an 11 second car, 12.6 ain't bad and it was more than enough to show his little buddy in the passenger seat that he was wrong.

Agreed, needed to vent, not all Civic drivers are ricers, but those mental midgets sure were.

With the power your making, you have enough of it to run 11's. I think all you need is a decent launch, which some Mickey Thompsons will help with that and sub 1.8 60' times.

For me to get into the 11's I need a gear to make use of 4th gear.

I have a Civic to, but at least I know that its slower than the speed of smell. Every time I jump out of the Stang and get into the Honda Im like, holy crap, how the hell can anyone think these cars are fast. And my civic has a motor swap and is faster than a normal civic, and its still slower than snot. The only things I like about the car is that it sips gas, helps me keep miles off the Stang, and if anything happens to it, I could give less than a crap.

I hear ya, what I don't get is first, they saw me run at the track, they knew it was going to be an a$$-whooopin so why be such dicks about it, and when they did lose why not just acknowledge it and give a thumbs up. Had they pulled into the gas station I would have told them how impressed I was they repaired the car and said congrats on getting it into the 14's, instead, they chose the true ricer method.

I think they hang out at Strats on North Avenue, I may head over there this week and say hello.
