i know something was posted awhile back of a new emblem coming? anyone have info? i had mine reglued on.. just wonderd if there is a new release one that actually sticks?

There is an update kit available, you can go to your local dealership and request it via warranty or you can call in and order it for 14.99. It looks exactly like the old one but the way it sticks on is differant. The old emblem was a smooth flat bottom and it sat on top of the raised pony emblem which caused it to peel off. The new emblem has a raised stick surface which sits around the pony eliminating the problem with it peeling off.

Saleen does have a new metal emblem. I've had it on for about 4 months now with no problem at all.

did you have to remove the stock pony emblem under it? or does this overlay the factory ford emblem?

I just had my new emblem put on 3 weeks ago and so far I haven't had any problems with it coming unglued.My new emblem
is made out of the same material as the old oneand looks exactly the same except the side that gets glued is configured different around the ponypart of the original emblem so that it sits flusharound the whole piece.

Hmmm where can i order this emblem i have the PONY on my steering wheel.......... Said f*&^ the peal off problem but if it is fixed i would like to know where i can get it!
