Track times always have alot of factors. Drivers weight, shift points, traction, auto/man etc. I agree with the tires. Did you run the 15.2 before the mods?
How many miles do you have? I struggled at the track till I changed my fuel filter, I only had 20k and it was clogged making my car slow down in the last eighth. Seeing your time slip would help figgure things out.
Lose the wheels for sure! It will be a big improvement.

RE: 4.0 - 1/4 Miles Run ? Confusing time
Your wheel/tire combo may be the culprit. take one off and throw it on the scale. I beleive the stock whell/tire weight is about 45-50lbs. If you are in that range or lighter, the effect of the 20's is minimal. (yes, I know it is all about the moment of inertia but that effect is only slight when the wheel tire combo is of equivalent weight) If your over the stock weight, then you are definately slowed down by your wheels. Either way, you are probably better off getting a seperate set of track tires to put on the stock rims or other light weight rimand keep the 20s for the street.
